Welcome to Glowdess. These Terms of Service ("Terms") by Glowdess LLC ("Glowdess", "we", "us") govern your access to and use of the Glowdess website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. About Glowdess

Glowdess provides personalized guidance and recommendations across beauty, fashion, mindset, and lifestyle to support your self-improvement journey. Our content and recommendations are informational only and are not medical, dermatological, nutritional, legal, or professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOWDESS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowdess from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
